I hold all rights to any art made. You can request NDA if you wish for me to not use your commission as an example. Please clarify this upon making your request, as this costs an additional fee. (+50%)

Payments are taken through PayPal, Ko-fi, or Stripe after your proposal has been accepted.

Sketches will be sent to you periodically for confirmation. Any major changes made afterwards might result in additional charges depending

Full refunds are only allowed if I have not started on your commission. Incomplete commissions can get partial refunds, while completed works are not refundable at all

Commissions are not allowed to be used commercially or fed into AI.

Art made shall not be used in any blockchain-related technology, including NFTs, cryptocurrency, or future inventions in the space.

Printing is allowed for personal use only

No modifications to the images are allowed. If you feel your case is different, please ask.

Reference photos are required. Commissions based off of descriptions will be an additional $10 to the base price per character.
